Assignments: 1 term paper, 4000-5000 words (16-20 pages, double-spaced, 12 pt), class participation in discussion. The paper is due on December 13th, Friday of exam week. If someone would prefer to present their research in a seminar form of one hour (rather than a term paper) that is possible during one of the last two classes,  Nov 29th or Dec 6th (two at the most).
